Let's work it out!" Alright, maybe I'm asking a bit much there, but if your workout partners are not any more jazzed about it than you are, then you need to take the initiative. I mean, you're the one with the blog here, so clearly you care about this. Do what you have to to get it done, because conveniently staying silent about it each night/morning isn't doing you any favors. <br /><br />And about the fruits and veggies. How many meals/snacks do you eat during a day? Five or six? Hopefully. I imagine you do since that's what most diets say you should. Anyway, what I've found really helpful in getting five fruits and/or veggies in each day is to seriously plan out every meal and snack for the week, and make sure each one has a serving of fruits or vegetables. If the whole week is a little too OCD for your tastes, then just do it day by day. When you get up, think about what sounds good to you that day, and then plan it so you're getting one of those in everything you eat. It really helped me to be able to get the recommended portions.
