Personal goal today! I biked 11.5 miles this morning!!
It was really tough, too. I had to concentrate on efficiency and making sure I was taking advantage of the down hills. Usually, the down hills is when I catch my breath and coast a little, but today I pushed through hard on all the down hills.
The up hills weren't a piece of cake either. :)
But more importantly...
TODAY IS THE START OF THE OLYMPICS!!!
I'm so psyched!

I did post last week my update i swear ;) It was 141.0 which was -1.4 this week i weigh in on sunday and will post it on sunday, i promise ;)

I weighed in a day early this week so i'm down 1.6 bringing me to 139.4
